I grew up as a third culture kid trying to figure out where I fit in. As an adult, I continued to live and work in a variety of cultures that shaped my ideas of finding where one “belongs”. My goal is to create a space where you can navigate your identity regardless of whether it was shaped by the culture you lived in or by the people who raised you so you can learn more about who you are. I primarily work with clients struggling with grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and individuals navigating their cultural identity.
